We get asked all the time how we were able to take on a project like this at 30, and the truth is it started long before we bought this house. A lot of intentional decisions in our twenties, no debt going into it, equity from our first house, and then years of putting everything we could back into this place. Stick around, because I think you’re going to like it here. #theforgehouse #renovation #abandonedhouse #historichome #barn
