I had some steak that needed to be cooked, I always keep herbs on me, a two-pack of extra thicc zucchini from Aldi, a big ol’ jar of Calabrian chilies, and a block of Feta from Aldi with a strange texture but it’s still delicious. This salad was inspired by @chacekitchen - I had one of her steak salad Sunday recipes saved and I *almost* had all of the ingredients I needed to recreate it.
