Mannn! I LOVE cooking in my instapot. This Mississippi Pot Roast was done in an hour and 15 minutes. Cook the post roast for one hour, add the veggies in and cook an additional 15 minutes. You could use a crockpot for this recipe low 6-8 hours, high 4-6 hours. As a busy mom and a serial entrepreneur, i usually dont start dinner until after 7pm.
