Israel's Linoy Ashram stunned pre-event favourites ROC's Dina and Arina Averina to win gold in rhythmic gymnastics individual all-around finals with an overall score 107.800. It was Israel's first Olympic medal in rhythmic gymnastics. ROC's Dina Averina settled for silver and Alina Harnasko from Belarus clinched bronze.
